Whimsical Wall Hanging

I took an online workshop by Shonna Buracroff at His Kingdom Come called "Whimisical Wall Hanging".

We made our own patterned background to use for the skirt on canvas cloth.  Using several colors of paint and handmade foam stamps.

Here is what I did.

The whimsy girl is hand drawn and painted in.  The background is also painted in.  Then put into an embroidery hoop.  Then we cut strips of our patterned cloth and also used some ribbons to make the skirt.  I then added some flowers to the right hand side.

This was a neat workshop...I learned a lot!
